Need Prayer for future

I need prayer to overcome a character trait of mine. Im great at starting stuff.......Do real well at getting something going that looks promising but following through has been an issue as of late. It has not always been that way but this year was a tough one for me and my family. We lost my Father-in-law ( Who was crazy close with my wife) My wife had major medical issues and we moved accross the country to a new state. And thats just some of the stuff. I feel very little motivation to step up a get going in a few places in my life. Well we are a place in life that feels like one of those changing points for the future and I have some great opportunities. I need a little kick in the pants. God is pretty good about delivering those kicks in my life so I thought I would (Semi) publicly ask for prayer for that kick in the keaster to motivate me.
