 vocal recording?

is a room with a high celling or low one better. walls are same. floor in high is wood and other is carpet?

It really depended what sound you are going for. Go into the room an snap your fingers and listen to the way it sounds. If you don't like the sound of the room then you will have to treat it. Or better yet record your vocals in the room and listen to the track. It will tell you if the room is right for you.

hmm that seems to be the synopsis of what everyone is telling me. just try each room and go from there.

You can always try an make the room totally dead. Add reverb to your tracks to simulate the room desired. Very Happy
