Well I recieved my Basson 2x12 cab on Monday. I must say this cab is amazing. I play a Triaxis/2:90 rig and I compared it to my 2 avatar cabs.
My first Avatar cab is a 2x12 open back with 2 Eminence Legend V12's. With my 2:90 turned up to half the Avatar started woofing and sounded horrible. The Basson was tight and agressive. No woofing!
My second Avatar cab is a 2x12 closed back with 1-Eminence Swamp Thang and 1-Eminence Tonker. With my 2:90 turned up to half the Avatar wasn't woofing but it was on the verge of woofing.
I then turned up the Basson as loud as I could stand it and it still would not woof. I would never play at that volume on stage but I know my new cab can handle it. This thing is also built like a tank. It is smaller than my Avatar cabs but heavier.
As of right now I am proud to Endorse Basson Cabs. I will be getting another as soon as I have the money! Metal Up!
