OK, for those of you that read the Ibanez Prestige thread, I am also looking at this guitar. I have played both and I would happily take either one. I just can't decide which of these two I want more. Too bad I can't afford both right now. =( If any of you have any input, it would be greatly appreciated. It looks like this one:

My advice is to go to a music store where they have BOTH models in stock and play both. Buy the one that has the most enjoyable sound and best feel in your hands.

I always refer to an instrument feeling like your hands are "at home". Lots of instruments play well, but only certain ones feel like they belong in your hands. You'll know it when you play it.

Good advice from Alldat. They both have jumbo frets and a floating tremolo system. The LTD has actives and the Ibanez does not. The Ibanez is made in Japan and the LTD is Chinese or Indonesion. Not sure if that has any barring on your choice.

Just looking at those pages, I think I would prefer the ESP... but, I agree with what was posted above... you'll have to sit and play both and figure out what you want.
