Does anyone here own one? Know anything about them?

I've read alot of good things about them on other forums. From what I've heard you can't beat the price for the quality you get with one of these guitars. So... after some months of reading and checking out different guitars I decided to order an Agile AL-2800 Blue Quilt (LP shape) today. I hope I didn't make a mistake. lol

Any thoughts?

When you get it give us a review of your purchase. Maybe even post some pics. Smile

I don't have any experience with the Agiles, but I do own an SX GG-5 semi hollow body. The overall tone is great, and the electronics are quiet.

On the SX, the original tuning heads were total crapolla! I had them replaced with a new set of Grover tuners (same as what came on my Epiphone), and the guitar stays in tune now. The frets were a little high, but since I am primarily a rhythm guitarist, it hasn't slowed me down any.

I believe that when Tykkus was still together that they became Agile endorsers.

Robert from Ultimatum has an agile Les Paul. I played it. Very nice. Well worth the price.

Agile Guitars... What a Face
I have three. affraid

Here's an AL-2000 and it's still stock. Sound great!

Here's an AL-2800 with ash top, mahagony body. Tight punchy sound.

Here's an AL-2500 ebony finish with three Razor humbucking pickups. It growls!
It's all mahagony.

Do they sound great live??? scratch

Show with Ultimatum at the "torched" Golden West Saloon.

Live shot at Castles and Coasters Amusement Park in Phoenix.

YES!!! THEY SOUND GREAT LIVE!!!

I really like these guitars and the ones I have purchased were solidly built and needed some minor action done as well as string change outs. I use GHS Custom Lights 9-46.

Robert from Ultimatum has an Agile and Justin who is playing with Ultimatum has two Agile guitars as well!

WE LIKE 'EM...A WHOLE LOT!

I own one I first bought an AL 2000 black I loved it then a friend of mine was selling his Al 3000 which was more like the Gibson Custom So I traded him for it and this one has a slimmer neck great for fast shredding.. I also added EMGS pickups as I like EMGS alot but the Stock pups were very warm sounding and thought they were fine for passive pups. When I get my new Camera Ill post better pics these were done with my web cam so thier grainy. I do plan on getting more I think thier great! They rival Gibson and Epiphone IMO thier solid guitars real mohagany grover tuners . The price is whats amazing for one like this is 379.00.

I also used the Al 2000 for most of the Rythms on "Into the Pit" and it came out stellar!
