Lol Norm. I actually agree with you though. Hansi, Tom, Floor and Jorn are pretty much the only listenable vocals on that album. Why must Ayreon write so much boring crap? I don't even feel the new Ayreon is worth of wiping my butt with.

What can I say? Jørn is just the perfect hard rock/metal vocalsit. Sue, he sounds like Coverdale. But he certainly has his own unique style too. He just tries to bring his influences with him.

Actually, I love Ayreon... but I concur that the latest album is a fair bit weaker than most of the rest.

It boils down to personal taste.

For me, Jorn has that "certain something" vocally that when he sings a good song, I feel it emotionally. Period.

I especially love the first Masterplan, Ark - 'Burn the Sun' and a few from WorldChanger.
