| They have three albums out so they're not that new. The last two albums are great though. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. | Their second disc is awesome! Via that band and album, I became friends with one of my best friends/brother. It was my first day at a new school, and at the end of the day, he was talking with a couple of his friends about how cool the album was, and I turned around, flashing the horns and saying, "The Showdown? Hell yeah! Great band!" He was a tad bit weirded out, but that's all good Yeah... good times. Lots of Showdown references were made from that time out Anywho, I loved Temptation Come My Way. Great album, plenty o' hooks. The debut was ok, always really enjoyed Iscariot. I don't care for the newer album though... just bores me to tears. Just don't care for it myself. All in all, great band _________________ -Men Fail Me, but the Son of God Saves...

| I loves me some Showdown. Would really love to hear a rerecording of ACOO. That one get's less play for me. I heard some live stuff of it, that had so much more meat to it, and sounded better IMO. |

If you haven't heard it...I'd say you are missing out on something...I personally love The Showdown. I also thought they were a Christian band...all the members of the band are Christian's...around Back Breaker era...but with the new line-up changes...I'm not so sure if they are still an all-Christian band.

| All Wiki tells me is a couple guys from Demon Hunter are now playing with them. Be interesting to see where the sound goes though I think Josh is the driving force of the band. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. That's Josh. I think he also has a picture of Jesus on his other arm._________________ | lifemetal777 wrote: | | But really, Rock and Roll has no business wearing sweaters. |
