I just picked up the special edition of Blackwater Park this evening, (already have the original BP, but this was the only special edition Opeth disc I didn't have), and the 2 tracks that are on the bonus disc are absolutely breathtaking! Very much in the vein of the Damnation disc, or "Face of Melinda" off of Still Life. I thought it was a hard disc to find, but I snagged a used copy for $12. Personally, I'm one of those that loves both the light and the death metal stuff of Opeth equally. Damnation was a breath of fresh air when I first bought it a few years ago.

I hope I get the chance to see them live as well. . . would be cool. . .

Yeah I've seen them six times since 2006... always a flawless performance. This last time around they almost cancelled due to illness, but after meeting a guy that drove 6 hours to the show that morning, they decided to go ahead despite Mikaels vocal problems. But honestly... I wouldn't have even been able to notice had he not said anything.
