| This is a criminally underrated album. I'm not saying its my favorite Megadeth album, but is one awesome slab of metal. People say they can tell listening to it that the drugs and alcohol were affecting the band. I don't hear it. I hear a great album that is fully worthy of its place alongside Peace Sells, Rust in Peace, and United Abominations. |

| I agree that it's a great album. I love it. I prefer the original mix/mastering to the new reissue, but otherwise, So Far So Good So What has always been among my favorites from Megadeth. However, there is not doubt that Dave's drug addiction was beginning to show here. I don't think it manifested into something negative, but rather fueled a bit of rage into the songwriting. The opening instrumental and "Set the World Afire" rule! I really detest how the keyboards were brought out on the remasters though. It sort of loses the edge of the original. _________________ |

| A VERY VERY good album. It got played to deth by a friend of mine back in the day so I kinda took a non liking to it until I rediscovered it years later. I agree that I think Dave's addictions started to show on this one but it is still a great slab o metal! |

| This is the one early Megadeth album I do not own. I may make it the next album I purchase by them...though I've got a couple more I need to grab before the new one comes out. I see a little bit of the drugs in the lyrics, but it seems to be musically solid. _________________ "He had discovered Time and Death and God"-Aldous Huxley

| Love this album though it has a couple songs that I find to be clunkers. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. | It's okay, but not a real standout in the Deth catalogue for me. Some great moments, though. _________________ “If you make less than $250,000 your taxes will not go up. | To me it's the perfect Megadeth album....full of piss and vinegar. I've never understood why this is considered a crap Megadeth album. I think it's their best...by far. |

| When I bought it new I didn't think it felt as 'heavy' as 'Peace Sells...' Not a lot of fast tunes as I remember.... There were a couple of tunes I liked but it just felt more light weight..... haven't heard it in years so my opinion might be different now. |

| It's actually my favorite Megadeth album. _________________ Obama is no more the Anti-Christ than George Bush is Sauron, sending his armies into Iraq searching for the One Ring.....

| Easily one of their best, in my opinion... Arttie _________________ Constitutional separation of church and state is a lie; it is a figment of the secular-progressive's imagination.

| I like it.Its a very good album.Doesnt quite compare to Peace Sells in my opinion but still not a slacker by any means. Its definitely got a darker vibe to it than the rest of their catalog. |

| The first few Megadeth records are unbeatable in my opinion, so far so good so what is really good and may be better than Rust in peace depending on what day it is for me, but peace sells takes the no. 1 spot IMO. |

| I had the first 5 in the "remaster" series....couldn't handle all of the alterations that DM decided to make to the original material. I'll stick with the originals. |
