Name bands who caught lightning in a bottle. This would be where you don't like most anything the band did, but there's ONE album that you did really like.

For me, it would be:

Iron Maiden - Piece of Mind
Freedom Call - The Circle of Life
Titanic - Full Steam Ahead
Tesla - The Great Radio Controversy
Tourniquet - Vanishing Lessons
REZ - Civil Rites

I like other stuff the band did but for me I must say Queensryche's "The Warning" was sorta like that. Listening to this album nearly a quarter century later and it still slays! The feeling on that disc has never been duplicated.

its all opinions and I'm entitled to mine. Tesla and Iron Maiden did nothing for me outside those albums I mentioned above. I'm sure if you actually listed any bands yourselves, I might find one or two I disagree with too.

I am very, very, very, very trOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Twisted Evil

Regarding that Maiden disc...
Although there are other great Maiden discs and one I like even better than Piece Of Mind I must admit that there was something very unique and special about that album that still makes it stand out from all other Maiden albums.

I could actually list the new House Of Lords cd here as well. What an amazing cd that is! I don't really care that much for their older material. None of it seems to have the hooks the new one has. It's a monster!

D'oh! I forgot that Extreme Pornograffitti album. Definitely would be on this list too. That album is awesome, but I can't get into anything else Extreme has done.

I have to agree with this. The Warning is the only Queensryche album Ive even bothered getting on cd. I do need to get the EP though.
