Anyone get this. I found it cheap already so I picked it up. Maybe my expectations were low but it's really good. There's a couple slow songs which is ok with me as they seem less sappy then stuff in the past and Tremonti seems to be more loose then in the past. Pleasantly surprised.

I can't think of any album I would be less inclined to buy than this new Creed disc.

I'll join the chorus of "not very many discs" I'M less interested in. Maybe Boy George's greatest hits or something......

New Alter Bridge, however, would be a "buy on the day of release" type thing for me. Really odd, considering I normally like vocalists with a lower range than Myles......

I can.

A new Dave Matthews Band disc.

Or a new Journey disc.

Oh...wait on that last one...

Snagged the disc....like it quite a bit. I wish there were one or two more really hard songs like the lead song, "Overcome", but for the most part this is a solid disc and the band sounds like they never left. And, yes, there are guitar solos!

I even liked Stapp's solo disc for what it was. I have to be in the right mood for any of them, to be honest, but I pull out My Own Prison semi-regularly.

I love the song "Who's Got My Back?" from Weathered.

Arttie

I never really got into Weathered. The Scott Stapp solo disc is awesome. Alterbridge is better IMO, and has gotten more play, but The Great Divide has some really great songs on it.

I agree! That disc has a lot of good message.

Liking this disc quite a bit. "Overcome" and "Rain" are two favorites right now, but overall, a very good disc. Will make my Top 25 for the year, likely.

New album is awesome, has some really great guitar solos, awesome ballads, like 'Time', and brilliant music. Going through a difficult time with family, lyrics really helping. Could be my favourite album of 2009!

I like the new album. My favorite songs are On My Sleeve, Rain and Time.
Creed is one of those bands from which I love the mellower songs best.

I have a feeling that when the song "A Thousand Faces" hits radio it will explode. to me it is the 'Higher" My Sacrifice of the new album.
