Conception

Since we've been talking about Kamelot, I'd figure I'd ask if anyone had any Conception albums, and thoughts on them. I've heard bits and pieces and it sounds very good, but is there anywhere you can find their albums for under 40 dollars? lol

I have one Conception album....not a big time player though. Heck, I can't even remember the name of it.

I think they were a great band. But it took me forever to really get into them. They were fairly unique for a Norwegian band, and they were the true for-runners for bands like Pagan's Mind and Circus Maximus. The band had a lot of talent, most noticeably the guitarists, Tore Østby (who can also be found in ARK). And of course, Khan made the band sound really good too.

I have Flow and like it, but I haven't listened to it in a while. With some careful digging I got to the shelf with the Cs on it, so I'm giving it another spin right now.
