So far the only band that could replace Lamb would be Nodes of Ranvier but they're gone No

I'm not sure if they're your style, but you should check out Zao.

Funeral of God is, IMO, the best metalcore CD made. And Liberate te ex Inferis is a great album as well...of course, those are the only two I own, but I do want more.

The problem with "replacing" LoG is that one of the keys to their overall sound is the ANGER in the lyrics. It's really what gives the music the "atttude" it has. Randy Blythe is just one PISSED OFF dude when he writes lyrics.....and you're going to have a VERY difficult time replicating that in a "Christian" band....and i'm not sure I'd try, personally.

I saw a mention of Nodes of Ranvier "working" as an alternative, so perhaps Sinai Beach is a little up the same alley. I own "Immersed" by them, and it's good, thjough I don't think it's a "drop in replacement" type of thing for LoG at ALL......

Yeah dead right exo.
I personally dig LOG, but agree with all posts above about following your conscience when it comes to what metal is good for yourself

yeah I guess I shouldnt try to replace the lyrically anger sound but I really liked the technical riffs, break downs, and overall skill of their playing.

Hey metaller4christ, yes that is exactly what I like about LoG as well Twisted Evil .
I freely admit that for me it is always music before message.
I think there are far worse lyrics/messages out there than LoG.
Having said that, I felt recently on my conscience that several Behemoth cd's I had were over the line, so I sold them.
Feel free to give me those signed LoG albums if you like bro... Twisted Evil Razz
