| This is so subjective. This is one person's or one group's list. The only one in the top 10 I'd consider worthy of it is Kirk Hammett's "One" solo. |

| No Savatage fans participated in the polling, I guess. _________________ “If you make less than $250,000 your taxes will not go up. | Ugh........... This list.......ugh........ Know what makes my top 100?? First off, I would not list a *Top 100* anyway. Second off, any guitar player that really, really knows his stuff and pulls off a good solo (and it does not have to be long) would make my list......that i'm not compiling anyway. Third off, the guitar must be plugged in and turned on. That is a must for making the list i'm not compiling anyway. _________________ "The 'farce' is strong with Sith Lord Obama-Wan." words of Scourge.

| That is very subjective but thankfully one I was looking for appeared before too long. Mark Knopfler. Very underrated IMO. |

True dat, good to see him get some props.
But then again, any list Neil Young makes that does not have the words "worst", "suckiest" or "banshee" in the title is suspect in my book. _________________ “If you make less than $250,000 your taxes will not go up. | Nick, when I said "state the obvious", I meant for myself to say it would be obvious, not anyone else. | NIRVANA rocks!! NIRVANA and Mr. Cobain are responsible for all of the musical glory we have today!! NIRVANA has been a magnitoodinous influence on metal!! NIRVANA and Mr. Cobain would have invented sliced bread if only he had not died so tragically and unexpectedly!! (Psst!! Psst!! Greg!! Sliced bread came out a long time ago!!) NIRVANA rocks!! Don't change the subject!! NIRVANA guitar solos--all of them--should be at the top of that list!! In fact......NIRVANA solos are so good......it should go to *one* and then......and then......the NIRVANA guitar solos should enter the field of *negative numbers*!! Like......"That NIRVANA and Mr. Cobain solo was so good it was a *Negative Twelve*!! Oh yeah!!" Subjective indeed. This list rules. _________________ "The 'farce' is strong with Sith Lord Obama-Wan." words of Scourge.
