| Who has had to choose to only buy cd's by their favorite bands and not buy anything else? Anyone? _________________ My Real Name Is Marc Moore.

| I can't say that I have slowed down. I know that many labels scaled back on releases this year, so that might have culled my shopping a bit. _________________ "I have no desire to speak w/other tongues, I already do enough damage w/the one I have!!" - Candlemass |

| maybe in anal, but anytime I started buying cds by a certain band I always felt the need to buy everything they did.. I used to buy everything that came out, but since I got my income cutt in half, Im sticking only to the bands that I like best...the list is still long! _________________ My Real Name Is Marc Moore.

| No, this has been a VERY good year for me. Got 6 more on their way to me. Buy used when you can, and you'll find your cash extends much farther..... _________________ Obama is no more the Anti-Christ than George Bush is Sauron, sending his armies into Iraq searching for the One Ring.....

I suppose that you are referring to Best Buy? I used to go there alot, but the prices are outrageous nowadays. I refer to them as Buh-Buy 'cause that's what you'll be saying to your cash!_________________ "I have no desire to speak w/other tongues, I already do enough damage w/the one I have!!" - Candlemass |

| I've cut way back, unfortunately. I'm hoping to see some breathing room shortly, though, so I may be able to resume my spendthrift ways. _________________ “If you make less than $250,000 your taxes will not go up. | I've cut way back this year, but not so much because of the economy. I've had quite a few unexpected bills this year. _________________ -- Peace, that brief moment in history when everyone stops to reload. |

| Well the past few weeks I've bought more than I have in a long time. However, I've been finding them at good prices (for the most part). Let's see: Anthrax - Spreading the disease (was marked $10 but came up as $5 at the register!) Accept - Metal Heart ($4) Accept - Restless and Wild ($4) Megadeth - Peace Sells... But who's buying? ($14, but it was the first time I'd ever seen it locally and I'd been looking for quite some time and it was the only copy so I knew I had to pick it up.) Divine Regale - Ocean Mind ($1 in a bargain bin. It was from Metal Blade records so I figured I couldn't go wrong. I was correct, it turned out to be some good prog-metal in the vein of Dream Theatre with Geoff Tait-esque vocals) |

| I usually buy a CD or two every day, but for the past couple of months I've had to stop buying totally. Made an agreement with the wife that I would, in order to get her to stop buying handbags and shoes and clothes and....you get the picture. Had to make a sacrifice in order to get her spending under control. So far, it's working, but now I don't know how to get back into buying CDs! Guess I just have to work harder and make more money.... The only way I get to listen to new music now is to buy stuff that I can at least resell for the same or a little more, just so I'm not losing money. She lets me do that, at least. |
