| OK, I still love my CDs, but the MP3 player does give you a lot more portability. So, for my anniversary a few days ago, I received a new RCA Opal with 8 gigs of memory. I know--that isn't alot compared to the Zunes or iPods. But, it's what I wanted. Right now, I have well over 50 albums loaded into it. Who's on your MP3 player? Here's my list: A Matter Of Faith Barlow Girl Boarders Breaking The Silence Decemberadio Disciple DSM Echoing Angels Eden Eden's Way Eowyn Fate Of Angels Fee Fighting Instinct Final Axe Fires Of Babylon Flyleaf Grand Lux Grimmark HB High Flight Society Jeff Deyo King's Ransom Kutless Laudamus Letter 7 Lordchain Mad At The World Mad Max Manic Drive MercyMe Bart Millard Narnia Perry Case Band Pillar Random Eyes Re:Zound Since October Starfield Story:side B Stricken Seventh Power Third Day This Beautiful Republic Titanic Trust Whitecross Worth Dying For Sure, that's not 50 artists, but I have whole CDs by each of these artists, and some 2 or three of some artists' CDs programmed in. It's fun to put the Opal on Shuffle and just see who it plays next. With my mixed bag of musical tastes, it can be a wide variety in a short amount of space. _________________ "I have no desire to speak w/other tongues, I already do enough damage w/the one I have!!" - Candlemass |

| ...I have an old RCA Lyra, with 126 mb of storage, but it also has an SD slot on the back for memory upgrades, in case I needs some more tunage...usually, I just stick on a mix of either single songs, or a few albums depending on the encoding I use...and play 'em in my car or when I'm walking around... ...right now, I have the new Frost Like Ashes EP, Born To Pieces (get it if you can), and After Omega's After Omega (phenominal power metal, there)... _________________ |

| I have a Lyra and an Opal. The Lyra is what my wife uses now, and I use the Opal at the gym. Mine has stuff from... Ultimatum Deliverance Tourniquet Testament Sodom Disturbed Hemlock Temple Of Blood ...and others on it... I am planning to add more stuff today, in fact. | Yeah, not as much as some, but I have around 15 gig of tunes and it ususally gets played more than the cd's. It's just easier (although not nearly as cool to look at!). |

| Oh, have Sledgehammer Ledge on there as well...and Sevendust. I don't put full albums by anyone on there, just songs that get me going for the gym. I think my Opal has 200 songs or so, but has PLENTY of room for more if I want. | 270 songs taken from 199 albums, fitting on 2GB of space on my Treo phone's memory card. The album covers are the collage for the latest challenge, so I won't list them here. Then again, there's no interest in the challenge this time, so in a couple days I guess I'll list what's in my Treo's playlist. |

| Just about filled my 30gb Ipod with 5844 songs so far. I'm guessing somewhere around 500 albums. I figure if I upgrade to the 80gb I will never fill it. (My Ipod is probably 90 to 95 % mp3's) |

| I have most of my music on 4 gigs. It is pretty much all stuff that most-everyone here would recognize.... I LOVE my player, I listen to it in the car, at work, in the yard, and, most importantly, at ALL of my kids ballgames. It helps me focus on the game and tune out (literally) all the " stuff" that parents say. |
