I have noticed before that I can send stuff to Scott and Kurt on the same day and Kurt gets it first most of the time.

For runs of less than 500 copies, you are generally going to see the "CDR" type CDs. It's a professionally pressed CD with pro printing, so it's not like a cheap copy.
