Saw that these guys have just signed to Raging Storm records and are set to release "Back in the Thick Again". Old school all the way, sounds pretty good to my ears.

I thought that the drummer had the same last name but wasn't related. I don't know why I thought that. Oh, well. I could be wrong. That rarely happens, but I'm still working on perfection! Shocked

Anyway, I have their first two independantly released CD. Ultmetal turned me onto them a few years ago. They have a good singer and some old school metal with killer leads. Under Command, while not being preachy, is definitely a Christian band that wishes to take the message of Christ to the people. What's not to love?

After listening to the new songs on the Under Command MySpace, I'm gonna be all over this like flies on stink when this hits. Could easily be a favorite for 2009.

I've already preordered and am anxiously awaiting my copy. With their label being in Nashville, I'm hoping to get it pretty fast! Shoot, if they'd email me, I would drive in and pick it up myself!

Yes, same band from Calistone. Awesome band live I must say. If you liked this album compared to the band in 2007, I'm very glad to hear it! We specifically asked the band to combine some mainstream elements into their music while staying true to their art.

Kuba, you should have a few of these by now, yes? I think these guys will go over nicely with your Chrome crowd.

After my post about you guys being in Nashville, I heard from one of my buds at Christian Hard Music that you were moving. He didn't state where. He also said that the move was probably why some preorders were delayed. Thanks again for the email update!

I seem to remember Under Command almost calling it quits before due to Wayne's health issues. When I found out they had been signed, I was astounded as I thought they had stopped playing. I'll definitely be praying and encouraging them on MySpace.
