PJ and Dan are still playing together in the ATTIC SYMPHONY. Think PJ is also still involved in ARMAGEDDON. Both PJ and Dan joined ARMAGEDDON after TAKER ended. For more infos check: www.robertbusseymusic.com

If I'm not mistaken Taker lead singer Kevin Potter showed up in Joe Gleans band Valediction with Robert Sweet of Stryper and Dan and PJ both of Armageddon. They may have recorded as a band and released a cd but I cant confirm that as I have never been able to track one down. Hey Joe whats the scoop and how do I get a cd?

Yes, that's correct.
The final product of those sessions was a special ediction cd-single for a song called, "Summoned to the Court".
I had them up for sale for a good while, along with a few other batches of cd's, but some years ago (at the time, feeling a bit overwhelmed with the "sales" end of the business) I pulled the plug on my distribution efforts... and rather abruptly, I might add. I believe it was way back in 2001 that I pulled the plug on everything.
Earlier this year, however, as inquiries about the cd continued to find their way to my desk, I went ahead and decided to once again offer these cd's for sale, by making them available right here on the CMR website... if you follow this link, it will show you all the particulars on how to place an order:
http://christianmetalrealm.niceboard.com/the-trading-and-buying-realm-f2/cmr-vol-ii-the-narrow-path-t5445.htm
(Incidentally, there are some other discs available here, as well.)
(The "Summoned to the Court" disc is the one with no picture showing in the image field.)
The disc received some attention, in certain circles, due to Robert Sweet's involvement, and perhaps due (in part) to my own affiliation with the band Magnitude Nine.
Here's an album review, written by Doug Van Pelt, and which appeared in HM Magazine (Issue 86, Nov./Dec. 2000):
Joseph Anastacio Glean has been promising this special project for some time now! Think prog rock with crashing metal crescendos and big riffs. It's an all-star outing of sorts, with Robert Sweet, Michael Bailey, Dan Wilkinson, Kevin Potter, Rob Johnson, PJ Bussey, and Rick May making appearances and offering assistance. There's only one song here, but it leaves a good taste in the mouth of progressive metal afficionados. This CD single can be had for $5 from: Valediction.com, PO Box 15144, Alexandria VA 22309.
Another small honor occurred in Sept. 2004, when Christian's Voice Magazine (Brazil) released a list of the Top 100 Christian Metal Releases of All-Time, and according to their opinion, the "Summoned to the Court" cd-single was registered at No. 88.
Unfortunately, we never did follow up with a full-length album, as we had planned, and I'm sorry to report that most of what I had planned to release back in 1999 has since been lost.
The guitar tracks for the album were primarily done by Mike Bailey (the guitar player who joined Stryper back in the 1990's, in the absense of Oz Fox). After I mixed the tracks for "Summoned to the Court", I cleared the disc drive of my hard-disc recorder, and deleted all of his guitar tracks from my recording machine. It was only afterward that the realization hit me that I had actually (and accidentally) wiped out the last remaining back-up files from those sessions. And so that, of course, was a huge set back.
Taker's guitar player, Robert Bussey (who also goes by the nickname, "P.J."), provided a wholesome bit of nylon string guitar work for the song, which doesn't really come into focus until the very end of the song, when all of the other instrumentation fades away. His contribution really added a nice touch to the song, I think.
I also enjoyed working with Dan Wilkinson, the bass player from Taker, as well as Kevin Potter, the vocalist.
At last check, Kevin Potter was singing as part of the praise and worship team at his church.
Although the Valediction website is down at the moment, stay tuned. I hope to have this site back on-line in the coming weeks. In the meantime, here's a link to that site:

Oh, and besides the "Summoned to the Court" single, I did get together with Robert "P.J." Bussey once more, a few years later, when we recorded a song for the Jason Becker tribute album. Ours was an abbreviated rendition of Jason Becker's song, "End of the Beginning". This particular was a song that was released in coordination with Lion Music (Finland), which placed the song on an album entitled "Warmth In The Wilderness". The record company in Finland had made arrangements for the album's distribution throughout Europe, and some months later, the album also became available throughout Asia [courtesy of Avalon / Marquee (Japan) and Avalon / Pony Canyon (Korea)]. On this one, P.J. handled all of the guitar work, and the drums on that one were recorded by Rob Queen. Perhaps someday I will have generated enough of these singles to compile some sort of full-length anthology. Joe
