Pastor Brad signs to Roxx Records + a Roxx Christmas present

Hey, PB, are you going to stick with the Pastor Brad name on your Roxx releases, or use a band name instead? While we know who Pastor Brad is, I think a definite name would help you. At one time, I remember you talking about just using your last name as a band name. I think that would be a cool idea.

Hey Alldat... dude... I've gone

round and round

on the name thing 10 million times... Here's the deal. I AM PASTOR BRAD... I'm a pastor... and my name is "Brad" ... that's just who I am... I'm not a band... I'm an artist--who is very thankful to have had lots of great guests graciously share their talents on some of my projects from time to time (Especially this new one with Roxx!)... but then other times --- it's all me ... so... the short answer is: Nope--no name change...

It's just gonna be good 'ol...

A little longer answer...
My calling in this metal ministry has really grown and taken shape-- over... say --- the past couple years. While I have always loved ... and will continue to love... writing and producing great Christ-honoring old-school metal music. God has also stirred up in my heart a huge passion for teaching, equipping and encouraging (i.e. "pastoring") among the world wide Christian metal community--sort of a 21st century version of Pastor Bob

. I've begun producing my Max Life Podcast each month... and as part of that I write/share a 3 (or so) minute Bible teaching, called "Bible Moments with Pastor Brad"... that's beginning to get some syndication around the web... I'm wrting SMALL GROUP Study materials called LIVING IT OUT for group Bible studies... and just lots over ministry oriented things... Heck, I would LOVE it (if God so led) to travel a bit and speak at Christian metal shows/events... so --- for me it's about more than just the music... it's a holistic calling... And in the light "Pastor Brad" just makes a lot more sense.
