|  God is good... Out of the blue I received a reqeuest from a couple to feature a couple of my tunes in an upcoming Christian Movie... I'm really excited about this opportunity... Here a compilation of some of the emails they have sent me... Hi Pastor Brad, First of all, THANKS for doing such cool and "hot" Christian music. Man, that's what the kids we know get in to up to their souls.. It fits what we do like a glove. We will be using PULSE in its entirety, but in several different scenes. We will also be using part of BED OF ROSES. Correct me if I am wrong, but I show Pulse on the Shred album and Bed of Roses on the Shredded Sweet album. We will reference that info...so let me know if I have it wrong. We'll list songs by album in the credits with your website..and in the new LantaWood Reporter, you'll get a GO PASTOR BRAD ad AND I'll personally list you on several other websites and where permitted, I'll include your site link. The DVD is a project that we are co-producing with LantaWood Inc. It is centered around a boy band. The boys range in age from 10-17. There are 3 boys playing the part. The younger of the 3 goes missing and is believed to have been killed. It is kind of a horror Christian movie...LOL. It also involves a girl that plays the youngest boys sister and she is mentally unstable...she thinks she is an angel of God. She believes God wants her to do the things she does so everyone can be in Heaven with Him and happy. It more centers on the remaining two boys meeting a caring pastor that leads them to the Lord and gets them involved with using their musical talents in a positive way. It has strong evangelistic content. The next movie we're doing is about a boy band I used to have. So..again with your permission, I'll feature some of your music. Just so you'll get a clear idea of what we do.. WE DO NOT WRITE SCRIPTS UNLESS THEY CONTAIN WORD BASED, LIFE CHANGING CONTENT. If our movies won't cause a kid to WANT to be a Christian, we don't do it. I was raised in THE Church of God. Need I say more? Man, by the time I was 16, I couldn't wait to get out of there. It took me a long time to figure out that GOD wasn't really the way THEY were representing Him. Dianne and I REFUSE to do anything that creates a wall between God and the Kids He sent His Son to die for. Ok..so again thank you Pastor Brad. We gotta meet you someday because we think you got a hug coming and we'd like to see that you get it." |
