As I've been forcing myself to get out of the house more, regardless of my allergies, I've been going for walks through the streets of the neighborhood I've lived in for ten years but never explored. Of course I need music for these walks, so I've been using my Treo phone as an mp3 player. The 2GB memory card holds, in addition to a few other programs, a current playlist of 270 Christian metal, rock and industrial songs. With my ripping settings, that's as much as the phone holds. But that's plenty. On shuffle play, one to two hour walks never repeat.
I pulled the 270 tracks from a total of 199 albums. The Christian Metal, Rock & Industrial Challenge #3 is a collage of all 199 of those albums. Plenty of these have been used in the previous two challenges. A few of these are custom CDs that I converted from cassettes a while back, so don't be surprised if you don't recognize them. A few of the albums pictured fit much more comfortably in the pop category, but for my playlist the songs I chose have a slightly harder edge. A couple are radio singles.
So this is what I listen to when I'm out getting my exercise. Feel like trying your hand at identifying what the albums are? Post whatever you recognize.
