Rob Beckley, lead singer of the Christian Metal band PILLAR is currently on I Testify Online in an audio broadcast interview!

Rob talks about how the group was formed, their latest release “For The Love Of The Game”, and shares how he feels judgmental attitudes by Christians could hurt the cause of Christ!

I'm gonna play genre nazi now: when has Pillar ever been classified as metal? I like them, but they definitely are not metal.

They're considered metal almost every where I've seen their name mentioned. The band seems to prefer that tag as well.

If it's metal, then it's a hybrid. But, it sounds more modern rock than metal to me.

Like I said, I like their music. But, if Pillar is metal, then so is Stryper's "Reborn".
