I tried to order it the day CDbaby said it was back in stock, but then they emailed me that it was not in stock!!! So now it's on hold again....

The same happened to me. I have been sent the e-mail that states the cd is in stock on two different occasions, and each time I try to order it is out of stock.

The new disc from this band sucks royally. This time it's not only the production either. It sounds like the band is not even in time with each other.

Not sure what you mean, but I really like this. For an indie release by a group that it's not their full time gig I think it's fine.

Didn't mean for my comment to be rude. I actually like and respect Chaz a great deal. Used to chat with him by phone even. However, if a cd sounds like crap then I usually say it. I really wanted this to be a breakthrough for the band but instead it sounds like a setback.
