Yes, it's going a bit slow because we are RE-RECORDING the guitars! This release will be re-recorded, remixed and remastered to have an even better sound than the original recording.

After all the vinyl is sold or when costs are re-couped.... that would make the most sense to me anyway.... Especially if you think that the re-recorded guitars are that superior to the original tracks.

You might want to release it on vinyl and CD at the same time. I know a small recordcompany that does it all the time. Release it on CD and Vinyl/CD (the cd is on a rubber holder inside the sleeve). But i don't know if that will cost a lot more, but it might stimulate people to purchase the vinyl...

Can't do it like that. Retroactive owns the rights to put it out on CD exclusively, whereas we are working with Open Grave for the vinyl release. However, I am talking with Retroactive about putting it out on CD.
