Hey all,

been a while since posting, tonite HERO and my "solo" effort "The red stone project" are playing at Bryggeriet in Motala. We have no release out just yet but it's mixed and beeing shopped around as we speak.

I know it's far fetched for most of you guys but see it as information that we're not totally asleep on this side of the sea....

HERO will release their second on retro this summer.

Have a great week friends! Keep us in your prayers for tonite.

Thanks,

Torb

Asleep?! ASLEEP?!! Are you kidding me? The best metal in the world is coming from Scandanavia these days. The only place that I think is asleep is the American metal band factory. A few bands slip out here and there, but nothing like the machine in Europe that is producing band after band that rocks.

Hope you're show went well. What kind of metal is Hero? Melodic? Thrash? AOR? Death? Doom?

Hey,

It might be just me beeing asleep, don't follow the scene that intensely...hu hu hu

HERO does melodic metal/hardrock I would say, RSP is more like.....I don't know, you tell me when you get a chance to hear it. I can tell you what it's not....grind, hardcore, thash, death, speed, recycle metal...of course alot more...it is melodic for sure.

The show is this evning,

Take care,

Torb

You mean Retroactive? See guys, there was a band they haven't signed yet!

This is the band Hero that featured the singer from Sons Of Thunder, correct?

I liked the Hero disc. Looking forward to what they come out with this time, too!

My summer purchases are pretty much already decided:

Stryper
Narnia
Hero
Flyleaf
Pillar
Skillet

Seems like there are more there, but my mind is on other things.

Thanks guys!!

Back again after far too little sleep, man as you age one would think yo get imun against too little sleep.....but don't seem to work that way.....a little heads up for you youngsters here.

The show went fairly well, we're in the midst of putting the band together and it's nice flying under the radar a bit doing small rockclubs with almost no ppl attending, you get very humble Smile We had a blast, nice to get to know new guys and what ever impact Veni Domine had no one knows about that so you're fresh, sure some questions about VD were asked and I don't mind.....

HERO did great, they're getting better by each show and they are really getting their stuff together, I'm happy being able to open for them and watch their progress.

Not to forget we had a fantastic atmosphere, it's special with many belivers in the same area going for a mutual goal, the soundcompany ( Christians as well) will help us out whenever they can ( that's a fantastic blessing) and we had pastor 112 with us, so we were a little brigade on a mission.

And you can tell, even though we didn't preach, that God is a soulmagnet for ppl.

So that's a little report for you, we're working over here to aid ppl with the love of God, what happens on your side? We should have a reporting system to inspire us all Smile

I always saw myself preaching to the masses and now I'm so blessed talking eye to eye with guys...that's spritual growth......It's never too late to change.....

Keep it up folks,

Torb
