| I've listened to half of it so far. This is Believer! I echo the thoughts on Kurt's vocals. Less harsh, but still his same style. I like em. Redshift has a much more mainstream opening. It reminded me of Fugazi or Minor Threat somewhat... _________________ “If you make less than $250,000 your taxes will not go up. | I'm glad everyone is digging this thing...I know the guys are extremely proud of it. And all the kind press and reviews are making them happy...now if only the sales happen...then MAYBE there could be touring..... |

| A rare Shiney sighting! I need to write this down in my field notebook. The guys in my Parasite Natural History class are never gonna believe it. _________________ “If you make less than $250,000 your taxes will not go up. | Got mine today, 8 days from the shipping day. Worth it, though! I like the shirt; can't wait to wear it somewhere, heh heh... Haven't heard the disc yet. I know it's great, though, since I've heard 2 songs off it due to the free downloads. It will be awesome if they get to tour! I'll be THERE! |

| I have been to several stores now trying to find a copy, I thought being that it was affiliated with Metal Blade we would have a wide distribution. Hence I did not buy online. Well I can not seem to find it so I went to Dark Realm Records in Downey home of all things metal! They didnt have it either! He asked me if they were a nu-metal band and I had to explain who Believer was. I guess given this clip with Howard Jones of KSE I can see the the nu-metal comparison, but I schooled him some anyways! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEXN-_X29CwPS: Dont know if this was posted anywhere else but this Believer clip on Gabriel had me wanting to get this since I saw it.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLR753pofAMPPS: Still searching but will probably have to pick it up online after all! |

| I think that this is what was to be expected from them. They picked it up exactly where the left it in "Dimensions". I have always judged their first 3 CD's for what they are, because the are not exactly the same. They had a very slow and subtle progression that allowed the fans to digest the changes. But the three of them has their own merit. They are good for what they are and even though you clearly know that it is Believer, they all have their own personality. That is exactly what happened with this CD, is not the same, nor too far from what it was. Is not like when I heard the new Celtic Frost that I found it to be another band with the same name... Go ahead and purchase it... is worth every penny! |

| MB should have rolled out the marketing carpet for this. Cynic has gotten lots of promo and this blows that one away. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles. | My experience with Metal Blade releases at stores in my area is that they're rarely in stock on the release date, but they'll be on the shelves at a lot of places a few weeks later. |

| CYNIC is at least 10 times as popular in the metal scene as BELIEVER, justly or not. |

| I'll be the lone voice and say that I just wasn't that impressed. It definitely is Believer and all, but the record just sounded like a slightly more polished demo to me. Maybe I was expecting too much since this is the comeback record of Believer. I don't know, my opinion will likely change with more digestion, but I'm just left with this lingering feeling that I have yet to shake...... |

| Well, my little local store had one copy that I relieved them of. I like the shift in vocal style to a little less raspy and man, they didn't lose their chops at all. _________________ I don't have time for all if it, so I pick my battles.
